New topics/contests start on the 1st of each month.

Entry Submission ends on the 30th of each month at 12pm eastern time.
(28th or 29th for the month of February.)

---> When does contest begin/end?

Voting begins on the 1st of each month.
Voting ends on the 15th of each month.

---> When are winners announced?

Winning Entries and voting results will be announced between the 16th and 20th of each month.

---> May I have an extension?

Unless otherwise noted, this timeframe is practically set in stone. (aka, you have a whole MONTH to enter something!) Unless you need like an extra hour or so after the deadline, try your very best to have your entries in on time. Once a contest goes from the current topic to voting, no more entries may/can be added.
